IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the number of languishing projects on our server, we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't recorded anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).

Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process unless you are the BC or PL. Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Got it. I'm pretty swamped right now, but I'll get to it soon. At least it's quite short.

Thanks, Monaxi. It looks like Cyril was preaching to an attention deficit audience generally thought to be more common today than back then.

And, from a comment he makes at the end of part one, I'm also wondering about his age or his health at the time.

Section 1 is pl ok. :) . Yes, that line about "...if our lord Jesus Christ grants me the ability..." does raise questions.

Section 2 is PL OK. He repeats enough of sermon 111 that I wondered a little whether I'd put section one into my mp3 player again by mistake, but it's such and important lesson it bears repetition. :)

Hello, Pattymarie! Here is section 04: https://librivox.org/uploads/chocoholic/commentaryonlukesermons111thru125_04_cyrilofalexandria_128kb.mp3 8:36

I recorded section 03 and had the strangest technical difficulties while editing, so that I reinstalled Audacity, tried to recreate my settings, and recorded this one, as it is a bit shorter. It seems to be okay. Let me know. Thank you!

Peace be with you,
Sister
