Chapter 4 is PL OK!

Volume was a little bit lower than before, still OK, but just a heads up not to go any lower.
An optional edit, at around 8:28, "admonitions" was read as "admonitons" in case you'd like to fix.

I got the file at duration 30:44.

Thank you. The part at 8:28 has been fixed and the file has been reuploaded. Thanks for pointing out the file duration. I knew I forgot to add something. Hopefully I can fix the volume issues for the next one.
