Collection of essays on the subject of interactions between nations. This is a supplement to the "Jews and Russia" Librivox project https://librivox.org/jews-and-russia-by-vladimir-jabotinsky/. This recording is dedicated to Rabbi Shlomo Noginsky stabbed in an anti-Semitic attack in Boston in July 2021.

I don't know, it opens the PDF for me, but of course it gets downloaded, is that a problem? Gutenberg too forces you to download, doesn't it?

I keep working on finding a DPL -- it is often a problem for Russian projects, but it never stopped a project yet
The second source is a funny one -- they forgot to change the publication year 1913, but there are essays dated 1916. I hope it won't be a problem, the essays of the WWI period are very interesting.

As long as you let me know when you make changes it's not a problem. Your changes don't updated the database so I have to do that. I've changed the title, added your text sources, and added WWI for a keyword. Don't worry about the 1916 glitch. It's still PD. Please make sure you let me know if you have multiple authors.
