Section 10 ready for PL.

The strength of the book seems - so far - to be rooted in characters and relationships, rather than events, although that certainly changes at the end (which I have yet to read). All commentaries confirm what we can guess, that much of the material is autobiographical. You might like to look at this 21st century Guardian review:
