Chapter 4 ready.
Unfortunately, I was not able to create a voice for President Jefferson described by historians. Spent 3 days re-recording his dialog. Every one sounded like a pathetic and ridicules cartoon character.
So, I had to go to a much lower octave. Mainly because the higher tone killed my throat. Hope it sounds okay????

Hey, I liked what you did with Jefferson's voice. It did have a good pitch change, significantly different than your narration tone. Nothing is wrong with it. If it left you feeling unsatisfied, I think that's only because it wasn't what you might have "pictured" in your mind's ear. To a fresh listener, it was great.
and yeah, my throat always hollers at me when I'm doing significant pitch throws - either much lower or higher than my normal pitch.

So many episodes of land-acquisition by the U.S. morbidly fascinate me. The Manhattan Purchase, the Louisianna Purchase, Alaska, not to mention the whole Southwest fiasco. All of these, opportunism at its "best." lol!
