The only one to say:
00:22 - missed "Monticello" before "August 31, 1820"

To wait - that`s the thing that I do very well))
Thanks for recording and good luck!
Alexander, I've posted Appendix Note C for you, in two parts. It was interesting for me in reading to compare Jefferson's litany of complaints, very complete and detailed, against what amounted to such brief summaries of them in the actual Declaration of Independence.
Thanks for listening,
Joanne

It`s really much far of my possibilities to evaluate it well enough, but I absolutely admire your going deep into the subject!

Sec 13 PL notes:
07:55 – “his Majesty that we are asking favors” – I hear – “we are seeking” (p. 102 of the book)
14:42 – missing – “his Majesty`s prudence and understanding” (p. 104 of the book)
Around 16:50 there`s some lowering of the sound; it`s not crucial and doesn`t influence my PLing, but it would be better to avoid this, in general. It seems to be the first time I hear it in your very good recordings.
Be happy, Joanne!

Sec 14 PL notes:
Missing in the intro:
18:40 – “but would ill beseem those” – I hear – “besTeem” (p. 115 of the book)This LibriVox recording is in the Public Domain
That`s all.

Both pass PL checking - regardless of the fact that in the text "Monticello" comes before the dates and not after them.
Thank you and good luck, Joanne!
Alexander, I've posted Note E of the Appendix. I've omitted the legal and statutory citations in the footnotes, but tried to preserve Jefferson's explanations of them. I'll be curious to hear what you think of the approach.
Thanks for listening,
Joanne
