Hehe! Ya I have had a crazy couple of weeks including a sprained ankle that has been preventing me from going home. But I am very much looking forward to relaxing and catching up on pling over the next few days! I miss my Charles dickens fix as I left my book at home not expecting to be gone for a whole week and It just works better to pl from home with my headphones on!

Thanks, one of my brothers ended up driving me home cause his truck is here and he now has parts to fix it so he was coming down anyways soon. Well I am about to setting in to a day of painting and listening so I should be all caught up soon!

Well, I am all caught up, and they are all PL OK! that was like old times when I had 5+ hours of pling every week, sometimes multiple times a week!

Now, if someone could explain the definition of a "triple-bob-measure" referred to in the title of Chapter Thirty. Judging by the contents of the chapter, it seems to have something to do with harassing a young woman who wants nothing to do with you on the subject of marriage.

I had some time away from this project while I helped finish up my part of a group project, but now I'm back with three more chapters ready for PL.

Three more ready

I've gotten involved in a Facebook group where the members are determined to read all the novels plus the Christmas Books in 2021 and a reading schedule has been made by the admin. They've started a little ahead of time with Pickwick and so naturally I provided the link to my LibriVox version. "Martin" is scheduled for mid-April, so I should have that one ready for them in time. Now I just hope they like them.

Most of them seem to want to check out professional recordings, but at least a couple said they'd listen to mine.
