I wonder if MaryAnn sees posts here. Let me try. MaryAnn, I'm not clear on this 60 minute length requirement. Section 16 here is about 4 minutes over an hour. I hope 60 minutes is only a guideline, not a hard rule. This novel was written with 40 chapters, so to speak, each with its opening and closing verses. I hesitate to break it up. As we move forward, I suspect that there may be additional instances of lengthy chapters. What do you recommend? Another not very appetizing option is for me to go through the section to "shave" these extra minutes off the reading. Looking forward to your advice.

Hello .... yes, I follow the thread.

The maximum length is about 74 minutes, and I don't remember why that is or what happens if you go over, but you are not anywhere close to that, so no need to break up the section. Hopefully that gives you a cushion for the longer sections ....
