Been unwell for a while. hence the delay. I have had Parkinsons for 14 years and sometimes it plays up more than usual!! but back on track.

A tinny sound makes the file hard to listen to. It sounds like something that occurred after the file was initially recorded. Could you record the next section (18) so that I can determine if it's just this one file and not a problem with your recording gear. If you want just record part of 18 and upload it.

I am fairly certain this problem is recording environment. I have reorganized my layout and bought sound-absorbent foam>
I attach a link of the first few minutes of Chap 17. It is raw data; noise removal only, no other effects
