Indeed, I am grateful. I was beginning to despair that no one could be found who would tolerate Edwards's convoluted logic. I am sincerely yours, Jim

Well, I suppose that I sometimes enjoy a challenge--as you must also. I have an empty house this afternoon, so will be recording. But I will begin PL'ing later this evening or tomorrow. :)
Kind regards,
Lucretia

Here is Section 3.
Jim
Hi Jim--Only one note for you on this one.

Section 03:
--At ~20:45 There is kind of a long, unnatural silence right in the middle of a sentence: “not for that whose connexion--<long pause>--with the series of things we cannot discern”. The reading of the text is fine, but could you please cut out some of the silence there? (In the last paragraph of p. 71 in the text)

I'll try to listen to some more later today. Thanks! :)

EDIT: By the way, the text reference is to p. 71 of the PDF download file. But I think it is p. 9 in the scanned document. I usually try to give a page # reference for notes on these big projects to make it easier for the reader to locate the text for corrections. If the text references would be helpful to you, let me know which you prefer. But I don't anticipate that I'll have many notes for you!
Kind regards,
Lucretia

Thanks, Lucretia, for all the help. I'll fix the pause.

Hi, Jim--One note on this one.

Section 09:
--At ~9:07 The portion of the text in red is omitted "...a Volition without a free act of the Will to produce it, the mind is not the voluntary
Cause of that Volition" (about the middle of the first paragraph on p. 80 of the text).
Kind regards,
Lucretia
