Are Ch59 & Ch64 really ready for spot PL? I think they are PL OK, but I might be mistaken)

They were PL OK except for the bit rate. I think the "spot PL" is for the bit rate only.

I'll double check that now.

EDIT: Bit rates OK. I've marked the sections PL OK.

Yes, edited files should get spot checked - to make sure the correct, edited file is in the MW, and to make sure the file didn't somehow get corrupted when it was uploaded.
