Hi Bryan and MaryAnn,
I'm trying to cut down a bit on my LV responsibilities as I have a busier few months coming up. As this project hasn't gotten off the ground yet, I'd like to bow out as DPL if that's alright.

I apologize for the hiatus! I've been away at college and haven't had as much time as I would have liked to record this project and others. I'll finish and upload the first chapter just to give this project a definite base to build up from. Afterwards if there's a DPL who would be willing to take on the project, I'll work with them to make sure it gets done in a timely fashion.

I ran your file through checker and it was failed with 192 kbps rather than the 128 kbps required. I did not PL otherwise...

Thanks for letting me know. I'm a bit rusty with file exporting (and I use Adobe Audition, which is often fickle about its export settings.) I'll see if I can fix that sometime soon.

Other than the 192 kbps, I have a few more PL notes now.

Beginning silence is 2 seconds, should be no more an 0.5-1 sec.
~20:40 double recording
~23:14 over long silence
End silence is 7 seconds, should be right around 5.

I did enjoy listening to your recording! I hope ‘real life’ will free you up enough to do more soon!

Reader has not been on the forums since August 2019. This project is being marked abandoned and will be made available for someone else to adopt. Appears from PL comments that section 1 can be edited without any other input from the reader.

I'm sorry, but this project is not open for claiming at the moment. As a matter of fact, there is another reader who has already committed to finish out this version of it.

Instead of looking in the Book Suggestions forum (as none of the projects there are currently active), you should look around in any of the Readers Wanted forums to find something to read.
