So... I'm over half through now. Are the editing/voice remaining consistent do you think? I've had several that were started one day and finished the next. And any other constructive criticism at all is welcome!

The recordings seem very consistent. I would never suspect that the recordings weren't done in one session. It's hard to find anything to criticize. Perhaps slight pauses at the end of each paragraph. It's easy though to make pauses too long.
