Hi Joseph,
PL note: your volume needs to be increased,
it is slightly low at 85.7 db,
this falls outside of the target range (86–92 dB).

It's an easy fix in Audacity.

bumped up the amplification a little (with slight clipping) and it passed the checker and ......reuploaded.
