Having taken a good look at the beginning of the first three Sections, by calling the intro chapter 1…… I realise that I am now out of sync with the book.

The book runs as follows:

Introduction – My Chance in Life
chapter 1 – England Once More
chapter 2 – A Gruesome Tale

I have changed all the introductions and file names to reflect the book and PL notes. I assume the introduction file should be as follows.

thelustofhate_introduction_boothby_128kb

Then the subsequent chapters as per normal?

Correct me if I'm wrong before I upload

Peter,
I've added a section 00 for the introduction (Put a "00" in the file name not the word introduction). Then the remaining sections and chapter number will be identical (i.e. section 01 is chapter 1, section 02 is chapter 2, etc.). The file names will have numbers going from 00-12. See below.
