Have uploaded section 11 and 12. There were several missing pages in Chapter 4 and you will note later also missing in chapter 5.

I found them in the archives at the following link. The missing text will begin on page 105. I checked another chapter and the text is identical in both texts. Hopefully this is clearer than mud to you.
