I had a professor in a course at Seoul National University who argued that all of the native population of North America came from Korea! He had all of his cultural and linguistic theories in place. Doubt that it would hold up in a peer reviewed journal though. Koreans are just more ethnocentric than most.

I don't think all the votes are in on how people came to the Americas. Actander's list is a bit far fetched, but not too far. I was just reading this spring that some remains found in central Alaska are from an isolated group of people not related to other aboriginal groups. It always seems a bit sketchy to me to base a theory on a few remains and figure you have any idea what is going on.
