COMPLETE: Selected Poetry on or about the MacLeans by J.P. MacLean - jo
Thanks, Larry. (BTW--the "Charlie" song is actually a song of war and rebellion...although it is difficult to tell from the lyric...the Jacobite Rebellion of 1745 to be precise.) The tune (and song) are on You Tube somewhere accompanied by a very agressive drum beat.

Back after 8/15. In the hands of the medicos.
Sections 1, 11, 14, 18, 21 are in the MW and ready for PL.
Jo--sorry about the double upload...something blinked on my computer and I lost all the links before I could put them in the MW-so the only thing I knew to do was just re-upload them.
Many thanks,
Philip

No problem, Philip. However should something similar happen in future, you can get the links without reuploading from the url below.DrPGould wrote: ↑February 18th, 2018, 3:17 pm Sections 1, 11, 14, 18, 21 are in the MW and ready for PL.

Sections 3,4,15,17,19 are in the MW and ready for PL.
I don't know whether I told you this or not, but I found this work by typing in the clan name at Archive.org. I think this may have been a part of a larger project which may have included the clans to which you are related. You might try the same thing over there and see what you get--if you're interested.
Many thanks,
Philip

Some violence here, but these are all PL OK.
On the road again, so delays are possible

Larry:
I'll get the corrections to 5 tomorrow. 6 and 7 are the same event retold slightly differently. I have great difficultly reading these three (I used to work as an advocate for missing/abused children).
Looking ahead...I've everything "in the can" except 7 & 8. Sections 20 & 21 time out (before editing) at between 52-56 min...so I probably won't get this finished before the weekend. I greatly appreciate your diligence and fortitude (no one ever said highland poetry was easy).
Many thanks,
Philip
