There is one repeat in Chapter 3,

15:24 Repeat Sentence "The noise. . . . Broadway."

FYI the dB is 91.5

I will check on that...is 91.5 too loud? I thought the top limit was 92...should I make it lower?

You can leave it unless the rest of your files are all at the lower end of the acceptable range in which case I might lower the volume a little.

To help me PL if 92 dB is the upper limit, what is the lower? 89 dB is the middle, correct?

The target is 89. Not lower than 86.

Chapter 3 is fixed and ready for spot check. I also rechecked the volume of all the files so far and adjust them to be close to the same. I have reuploaded all of them.
