Thanks for the super quick PL on Mary Prince! It does feel like we're in step with these two books at the moment.
Chapter 46 is PL OK. I have one note per chapter for the other two, and it's your call on either or both of these.

Stephen [heard Senator] Miller raised a company in St. Cloud...
His Wikipedia page (sorry, not terribly in-depth!) has him down as a state governor from 1864-1866 and a state representative in the 70s:
