Hi Pam,

I'm very glad you're recording this. It needs to be out there.


I have two notes, both of which I only noticed because I was reading along, not listening while running errands. So, make of them what you will.

12.44-12.46. P. 58, second half of page. Repetition out of sequence/possible alternate take of 'I no curse Jesus!' partway through the dying man's speech.

14.28-14.32. P. 59, final paragraph, first sentence:
A female member of the Fourth St. Methodist church was threatened with discipline...

The 'St.' I heard as Saint. I don't think that's necessarily wrong, but on p. 57, in the last sentence of the first paragraph (10.23-10.27), another slave-owning member of the congregation was mentioned, and I heard Street. I'm assuming it's the same church, but I could be wrong about that.
