I'm sure that the text is PD because I just completed a cataloged project from the same source:

You do not have to fill the ID3 tags if you don't want to, it happens automatically when I catalog anyway.

Do you have a DPL lined up? If not, we can add a ~ to the subject (headline) of the first post. That way, prospective DPLs know that their services are wanted in this project
