I'm so glad to hear that!! Yes, it is enjoyable for me, and if in some small way it has inspired you to take on a solo reading, it is that much more enjoyable!
If I can help in any way, by all means feel free to contact me. I look forward to seeing your name in the launch pad.
Meanwhile, chapter 11 has been patched and re-uploaded.
Thanks again. I hope you locate a suitable and enjoyable piece of work to begin your solo career. I don't think you'll regret it. Best of luck!!

I have a book (one of those dime novels from the 1880s), an MC, and a DPL, so I'm off and running. The author is a bit of a mystery as this seems to be his only work and he doesn't appear to be in Wikipedia (or anywhere else), but I'll not let that get in the way.
Great to hear that you're taking on a solo project!! I'm sure it will be a gem. It looks quite interesting.
Personally, I prefer the lesser known (or unknown) authors, and often choose them for my solos. How else will these pieces of work
be passed on (audibly) for future generations? Although, having said that, there have been a few which I recorded that didn't impress me very much.
But that is something that doesn't bother me in the least bit. The fact remains the same.
Chapter 12 has now been uploaded and posted.
Thanks!

I've been leaning towards the adventure stories lately, having done some 15 chapters (out of about 90) of The Death Shot, a western. Having grown up in Texas I can do some western and southern accents reasonably well so westerns are fun.
The author of my solo work (Thomas E Price) is so unknown I haven't found out anything about him at all. I'm thinking after I get through that work I may focus on the series it comes from for a while.
Tom - I have also tried finding your author, but have had the same lack of success as you. Sorry.
It sounds like a great idea to work next on the series which your current project is derived from!
I also enjoy adventure stories, and have recorded quite a few, including a few westerns, although I don't have the accent capability which you describe.
I wish you the best of luck! Be sure to enjoy yourself along the way. That's what it's all about, in addition to the preservation of literature.
Chapter 13 of A Man of Honor has been posted.
Thanks!

Another fine reading, Roger. I have just a few items:
02:30 I heard "appeared" and expected "happened"
02:52 I heard "in the knowledge" and expected "in their knowledge"
04:15 I heard "trail" and expected "tail"
06:59 I heard "far" which is not in the text
