Hi there,
I've PL'ed chapters 1 and 2 and unofficially they are PL OK.
This won't be official until you enter the links to the chapters in the MW.

I didn't notice any background noise, so you don't have to worry about that yet. I'll get to chap 3 tomorrow. You're off to a good start.

Betty

P.S.
You don't have to fill in the ID tags, as long as the chapter links are in the MW.

OKay, thanks! I will get to it soon.
I was editing Ch. 4 this afternoon and there is a loud ringing in the background. :( I hope that will be ok because I would really hate to do the reading over again! It never seems to turn out as well the second time around. I will need to do some fixes to it, so I really hope that doesn't end up sounding weird! Ring Quiet Ring Quiet

Thank you for PL'ing for me!

Hi,
I've PL'ed chap 3 and there are a couple of small glitches you might want to check:

At 8:14 repeat/small stumble “sighed” in “I love to ride,” sighed Pollyanna, as the wheels began to turn.

At 8:25 missing phrase in
“all the sooner, you know. What a pretty street! I knew ‘twas going to be pretty;

The rest of the chapter is fine. :)

This was noted by me earlier and I just neglected to tell you.
This project is still in the works. I actually have up to ch. 15 recorded. It's just the editing that is backed up.

As a soloist, you are responsible for pasting your sections into the MW. Here is the document that tells you how to manage your MW. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kVj409nG_E0XJ5UrrcL7EVx7Qyx-2UQ7dbw4mINi3XQ

I'm sorry, I had tried a couple times to login to the MW and was having trouble and then kept forgetting about it. I've just tried again (again, using the instructions you posted), but I'm not sure I understand.

Under #3)- I click the BC link and then I am unsure what my username/password is. It's been a little while since I did it the first time, and can't remember exactly what we did to get me in. From rereading past posts, it seems an email was sent. I'm probably to blame for not writing down the info in my password notebook.

Have you tried to change your password? You should be able to click "Forgot Password" to get the system to send you another email so that you can change it. Let me know if you do not get that email, there are certain email providers (the one I'm thinking of is Hotmail) will not let our emails go through.
