Also includes discussions on adjustment rooms for students with special educational needs. Edited by Lewis Terman with co-contributors including Virgil E. Dickson, A. H. Sutherland, Raymond H. Franzen, C. R. Tupper, Grace Fernald . ( )
  1. Text source (only read from this text!): https://archive.org/details/intelligencetes00educgoog
  2. Type of proof-listening required (Note: please read the PL FAQ): standard

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the amount of languishing projects (and hence the amount of files on our hard-pressed server), we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't managed to record anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).

Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process (unless you are the BC or PL). Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

preface and introduction.
time: 5.39

Just so you know, the chapters of this book are composed by different people, but under the same editor. When mentioning the author, would it be best to state the author of the text followed by 'edited by...' or just leave it as the sole author?

Right now I have Terman as the "author". I can't call him an "editor" in the catalog record, so I either leave him on as Author or remove him and add "various" as the author.

Which do you prefer?

And whatever I do with the catalog record, I think it's good to mention the author's name in each recording. Maybe just read the editor's name with the first section intro? Or you can read it with every section. It's up to you as the soloist.

This is the only chapter in the book written wholly by Terman. All others are composed by different authors, but have an editors introduction by Terman. thought it would be best to let you know

error corrected. the track is exactly one second shorter
It is now PL OK! Reading charts and tables is not the easiest, but you did it well.

chapter 2 duration 32.15

There may be a problem with some electro static causing crackling noises in the background. Tell me what you think if it is acceptable or not
