I used another microphone for this recording, can you evaluate this versus the others. Perhaps no difference.

Happy New Year! :D

Section 11 is PL OK.

The new microphone is really nice for your voice -- it's warm and clear. It does seem to more easily pick up surrounding noises. They are just barely noticeable, and I probably would not have noticed had I not been PL-ing. They aren't background noises. They sound more like something touching the microphone stand or the table it's on -- slight bumping or brushing noises. I've had similar noises using a headset when I turn my head and the chord bumps the mic stem.

Thanks for the input, Arlene. Yes, possible bumping/brushing. Perhaps could have used Audacity settings to edit out? I was also processing on one computer and producing MP3 file on another. Thanks for being so speedy.

Here you go, Arlene, Chapter 13. Someday, someday it will all get done!

I'm sure it will be done someday.

Something went wrong with this chapter -- hopefully in the editing. At 4:13, right after "who held the sword over the young couple", there are 10 paragraphs missing. It picks up again at He gave her a letter to the priors of Spoleto.

Mortified. It was all there. Now it's not. Have to re-record the 10 paragraphs

Could one of you please enter this (and all following) chapters into the MW? I don't always check each thread for progress, because it's easy to see from the MW alone. Also, I need the MW to be complete for cataloging.

Thanks ladies! :D

I would have entered it, but it needs to be replaced, so I didn't. Would you like them entered in the MW anyway? I will do so, if you prefer.

Well, I guess it's a personal thing. I like to have all "See PL notes" visible on my reader's page so I can see what I still need to do for each project.

As long as you both know where the project stands, we're fine - and as I said, I only need the full (and all PL OKed) MW at the end of the project anyway.
