No changes needed to the text of chapter 15, but I do have a suggestion for the footnotes.
It feels strange to me having the footnotes divorced from their context in this way. If this were my project, I would choose to either omit the footnotes altogether, or else include them in their proper place within the text. For instance, I would include footnote 1 within chapter 7 as follows: "This can be easily proven to any candid man. Footnote: The author has given some of the proofs that the Bible is the Word of God in his book, “Talks to Men.” End of footnote. The Bible ought then to be studied as no other book is." And so forth with the rest.
I think a change like this shouldn't be so very difficult. It would be basically copy/paste as far as I can tell. But of course, it is your project and you have the option to handle footnotes however you wish. I just wanted to suggest an option that you may or may not have considered already.

Sent a PM June 5, but reader hasn't been back to read it.
I'm making the edits and uploading the revised files. I'll post spot-check locations when they're uploaded.

Nice edits, Tricia.
A few comments:
Most importantly, chapter 15 is now missing "End of How to Succeed in the Christian Life by R.A. Torrey."
Chapters 9 and 10 both end with a footnote. However, they're not currently consistent with each other. Chapter 9 end simply with "End of chapter 9." Chapter 10 ends with both "End of footnote" and "End of Chapter 10." I thought they both sounded fine, but we might want them to be uniform.

Doh! What a sloppy job I did!
I left 10 alone and marked it PL OK. I added the "End of footnote" to 9, and the "end of book" to 15.
