I certainly do remember her (and she crops up everywhere). I thought I'd reviewed that book for Goodreads, but apparently not.
I enjoyed this section. I've always been a bit of a fan of Joseph II (from a superficial acquaintance with him). On the whole, the Hapsburgs do seem brainier than the Bourbons and a lot brainier than the Hanoverians. Yes, I'm a snob.
