Section 8 uploaded. (That's the eighth recorded section; section seven of the text.)
The author's more interested in the history of the areas than in their then-current state ... at least, at the moment. I don't know if this changes later on. But I still find it interesting. He has an easy style.
EDIT:-
Section 7 [FILE NAME: section 8] - from pdf page 79-91
Notes: reference to page 83, "The notorious Saffron Hill ..." Note on page 270
Typo corrected: (at 15.20 in the recording) Start of para 2, pdf page 85: "The good bishop little though that the memory of his ...." I've read "though" as "thought".

~ 16:40 (cough) between "... in November 1531" and "when eleven new members were added..."
~ 23:12 (repetition)"...loose characters and desperadoes previous to this-previous to this for Shakespeare mentions..."
I agree, he's easy to follow, and I'm enjoying the historical aspects. (His mentioning the cubic feet of air per dweller surprised me.)

Thanks, Jasna; I should have given you more information on the section when I first uploaded; my apologies. For completeness, I've added that information to the earlier post. I think I uploaded late at night, and was in a hurry to get to bed.
I've re-uploaded the edited section. The cough was at 1648, the repetition at 2312.
With regard to the cubic feet of air; I was surprised, too. I wonder if that's still in the specifications for our prisons?

Sorry about the time-mark. On my notes I had the repetition at 16:48 and I made a typo when posting.
The editions are fine. Anyway, as the first time I was not expecting the explanatory note, I just listened to it carefully but did not follow in the text. It sounded fine to me but I'll check it against the text now.

The time stamp was no worry; I only mentioned it so you could find it more easily. ... and you didn't need to check the note ... as long as it sounds okay! Only "standard" prooflistening, after all.
Thanks,
Peter
