It was taken down by the Archive it seems. This isn't good!
This is on Hathi Trust. Is it the same one? They have two from Harvard's library.

As I am in Australia, I have no access to these Hathi Trust documents.

There is no way this text cannot be in the public domain. It was published in 1898 and the translator John Payne died in 1916, which means that his books would be in the publc domain in countries outside America.

I could upload a copy to the Internet Archive myself. Would that work?

I popped it in for the source for now. It is possible that it is some glitch that will work itself out, but maybe not.
Is this one that Dave found good? You can upload one to the archive if it isn't.
