Chapter 3 is in the MW and ready for PL!

As a note, I realized part way through editing that Red Feather wasn't the Sioux at the door in Chapter 2 and gave him a unique voice. Would you mind terribly to double check that I didn't miss any of his lines when you PL??

Quick question: Should the Transcriber's Note at the end be included in the recording? It looks to be about the front cover image. If I should record it, does it need to be its own section, or included at the end of Chapter 12?
