Both chapters 2 and 4 are uploaded. Thanks for letting me know that you'll be busy. These chapters take me a bit longer to record, so I won't be as fast as the last book anyway.
[COMPLETE] REDSKIN AND COW-BOY: A TALE OF THE WESTERN PLAINS, by G. A. Henty - dc
Chapter 2 spot check okay!
Chapter 4 optional notes (very minor)
01:57 “a set of the worst-tempered devils in the country” - hearing worst-templed
18:54 “You have already had 200 pounds on them” I am hearing 2,000 pounds.
Also as a side note for future reference, I sometimes hear some minor rustling noises in the background. Examples at 2:00, 14:30, 14:45, and 15:45. I don’t know if you know what causes this, but maybe something to look out for going forward.

Wow, I can't believe how much background noise was in that file! Thanks for the heads-up. I know now not to switch rooms.ElizaZ wrote: ↑April 11th, 2021, 6:53 pm Chapter 2 spot check okay!

Welcome back!
Chapter 4 spot check PL okay, chapter 5 PL okay.
Chapter 6 at 12:01 the text reads, “ which, as it revolved,” think I am hearing “as it resolved”
Thanks, it’s good to be back! Hugh is going to get himself into trouble with this horse...

6 is reloaded. Thanks for the catch!
Ha ha ha! It took many tries to get that one word correct. Glad there wasn't a whole conversation in Spanish!
8 and 9 are loaded.
You're really on top of things right now! I need to step it up.
Maybe you SHOULD try the rattlesnake.
Hey it’s easy to keep up with your reading when I can’t come up with any mistakes to write down. Chapter 12 PL okay, but really, stopping on a cliffhanger?
No thank you, the most adventurous thing I’ve tried is iguana, and it wasn’t bad but I’m okay with keeping it that way.

I posted chapter 13. Around 29:53, I substituted the word careening for careering, but when I looked it up, careering is the right word! I had no idea it had that definition. It's also a little awkward to read a western accent written by a Brit. I'm pretty sure they didn't use some of the words and phrases he puts into their mouths, and it sure keeps me on my toes, so to speak.
