I think you're right about the chapter name in section 1; I'll get on that shortly.

I can't hear the stumble at 42:21. Here's the sentence from the text if it helps, "Hence it is, that, in all indictments for homicide, until very lately it has been necessary to state the instrument causing the death and its value, as that the stroke was given by a certain penknife, value sixpence, so as to secure the forfeiture."

Hey lecture 3 is great, around 18:30 I noticed some background noise, but it was perfect other than that!
