Recognizing that Librivox has already completed recordings of the Satires of Juvenal, I think it only right that we now record the Satires and Epistles of Quintus Horatius Flaccus (a.k.a. Horace), as translated by John Conington, M. A. Here is the Gutenberg link:

My understanding -- and I hope to be corrected if I am wrong -- is that Librivox already has recordings of the Ars Poetica (Art of Poetry) by Quintus Horatius Flaccus, just not his Satires or Epistles.

Right now I am working on getting the sound quality right on my Audacity program (if possible on my ancient relic of an HP laptop!), but if someone else is ready and willing, and accordingly beats me to it, I will gladly honor them if they proceed with the recording before me.

Thank you all for bearing with me, an obvious neophyte.
