Hello,
Thank you for making these book suggestions.
I am particularly curious to listen to Rajmohan's Wife, which according to this source, is in the Public Domain in the USA and in many other countries.
https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Rajmohan%27s_Wife
I will not be free to help read it before June or July this year. But will definitely listen to it, (or proof read it) any time after march 20th.

The serialized form was published before 1927, and so we would be able to record it if, and only if, we can find the original serial publications in which it appears. Since it wasn't published in book form until after that date, we can't record it using the book text, which has a separate copyright.NolweAyan wrote: ↑February 22nd, 2022, 10:02 am Hello,

I'd like to offer Kopal-Kundala, which appears PD, as a group project.
Is there a reason not to?

I asked my librarian about the noise, and she said, "no one would come here
if they weren't allowed to talk out loud." So I read out loud.

No reason I could think of.
There's also another translation from 1919 on wikisource, together with the scans of the pages:

Just wanted to know.
Dear Adhiram, it was your own post in book suggestions that reminded me of him. Would you like to read a chapter or two for us? It's in readers needed - books, and has begun recording.

Sorry Ma'am,I do not have a PC.Moreover,I also fear that I might turn away from my commitment(of recording),once I make it.
I ask for your pardon.
By the way, what made you wish to record his work? From what I know,he is not very famous outside India and Bangladesh.Have you ever read his works earlier?Or was it because of the Bio I gave of him?
Thank You again,Have A Good Day.It was a pleasure meeting you.
Vineymala, do you know how to set this up in the launch pad? You can present it as a solo or group project...

I would like to read it solo. But , yes all the help is highly appreciated.
Here are the instructions for setting up a solo reading. Once you have posted the template filled in on the Launch Pad site, an MC will show up to help you with it. Best of luck!
