I'd like to do the Facetious Nights by Giovanni Francesco Straparola - it's arguably the first book of modern fairy tales (although not for children, at all) It is 75 stories, laid out in a style modelled on the Decameron.

The thing is, I never do more than two books at once, soloing, and I've already got two running (well, four, but two are ending and two are starting), so I could help out, but not do the whole thing.
