Brazil. Stray notes from Bahia by Wetherell, James, 1822?-1858 and Hadfield, William, 1806-1887 (ed.)

I have an idea of doing a series of brief views of former national capitals. This is a full book, but it is relatively short. Maybe it would stand on its own.

The question, I suppose, is whether or not a text should be found from the time that the city was the capital.
7 Dec: I have lost my voice. (Can you believe it?!) I'll still be PLing, however, so lay it on.
