Can someone verify for me that this book is PD?

I'd like to do Wife No. 19 by Ann Eliza Young. I do see it on the Internet Archive, but I want to be sure it's in the PD. I don't see that anyone else here on LV has done it. Can anyone double check both of these for me on this? If I end up doing this, I have a lovely proofer who is currently occupied with fun stuff, but when she's available in a month or two, I'd like to see if she can stand doing another book on this topic. Otherwise I may come here hat in hand looking for another proofer. At any rate, can someone verify? Thanks, Spiffy Cat

According to the TPV (page after the title page) of this TIA version:

https://archive.org/details/wifeno19orstoryo00younrich

the copyright date is 1875, and printing date is 1876 (title page), so it is PD in the U.S. :)
