Perhaps this only duplicates our Short Fiction thread or maybe the Coffee Break collection has used this theme before. In that case, pay no mind.

I imagine people recording segments from three to ten or fifteen minutes in length from their favorite scenes in literature. You know, that moment when the couple finally admit they are in love, or someone's awful realization, or that final goodbye, the unforeseen death... What brought you to tears or made you feel understood or consoled...

Yes, thank you! I see these were done some 12 years ago. I wonder if it's time for a fourth collection.

Do you know if Mr. Barnes, the BC for the three existing collections, still contributes? I saw that he is immensely popular with listeners.

Very interesting. I had a closer look and this was a collection of extant recordings nominated by listener-members.

That being the case, should I/we/someone follow David's earlier enumeration or would this be the start of a new collection? The only difference, though, is that members would record their 'nominations' for favorite chapter---rather than favorite read chapter.

Huh. I didn't even notice that. That is no longer allowed (having recordings in more than one project).

I think one could safely continue the series with volume 4 next, using favorite chapters rather than favorite readers-of-a-chapter.
