It also includes, as the front cover proclaims in large letters in two locations, the sequel to The Blue Lagoon, which we already have.

Nope. Book suggestions are for suggestions, not for claims.
If he/she hasn't recorded it in the 6 months since they made the suggestion, I'd venture a guess that they aren't going to. Even if they were going to, we allow multiple versions of works, so you can record your own, anyway.
