I've searched and Haven't seen this mentioned yet... so, if anyone/everyone is aware of this, my apologies...

a Short Story suggestion:
"The Adventure of the Creeping Man" by Arthur Conan Doyle is now public domain in the US (I believe)...
published by The Strand Magazine. v.65 1923 Jan-Jun....

available in "Full View" on Hathitrust: https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015055410693;view=1up;seq=225

It's not "full view" for me in Canada. :( Is it just one story - as in, would fit in the short story collection?
Elizabethan Poetry: The Psalmes of David
Boring works 30-70 minutes long: Insomnia Collection 5
Short essays: Elia, and The Last Essays of Elia

Yes, it would fit there nicely. It looks like there are several other interesting short stories and things in the same publication.

It also includes, as the front cover proclaims in large letters in two locations, the sequel to The Blue Lagoon, which we already have.

Hi guys-- Shall I assume this is xios01's project? If not, I'd love to read some Sherlock.

Nope. Book suggestions are for suggestions, not for claims. :)

If he/she hasn't recorded it in the 6 months since they made the suggestion, I'd venture a guess that they aren't going to. Even if they were going to, we allow multiple versions of works, so you can record your own, anyway.

Oh, and probably the best place for it would be the short story collection. The current one is here: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=75224
