I couldn't find the author's dates on a quick search but the book was published in 1819, so I'm pretty sure it's safely in the public domain for all.
Full title is THE ART OF MAKING WHISKEY
SO AS TO OBTAIN A BETTER, PURER, CHEAPER AND GREATER QUANTITY OF SPIRIT,
FROM A GIVEN QUANTITY OF GRAIN.
ALSO, THE ART OF CONVERTING IT INTO GIN.
AFTER THE PROCESS OF THE HOLLAND DISTILLERS,
WITHOUT ANY AUGMENTATION OF PRICE.

Published in Lexington, KY, which makes sense!
Fairly short book of around 40 pages or so, it might even be short enough to be a piece for a short non-fiction collection, but certainly a short solo or group project.
The Art of Making Whiskey by Anthony Boucherie
Nice find!
I'm not sure it will fit within the 74 minutes that we have as maximum for a single recording.
I usually look at the size of the html file - 80kB is about one hour (at my reading speed). This one has 97 kB, and roughly 11.000 words so it is probably just a bit over the limit.
But with all the cute little chapters, it's probably nicer as a solo anyway.
