It must be in the public domain, I suppose. PD in US or not PD there, that is the matter!

There's a "selections from" version in English on Project Gutenberg: http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/4391

It looks quite short though, so I'm not sure how much of the original text is in it.

I think that, once I'm finished with my current solo, I will pick up the Selections from the Principles of Philosophy! :)
