No, you didn't. :)

(1) Are you trying to submit this to one of the short story collections? If so, go to the Short Works forum and find the project there. I'm assuming it's either the Short Story Collection or Children's Short Works, or maybe it's something else. Be sure to read the instructions in the first post of whatever project you're submitting this to for the correct file name, etc.

(2) You uploaded a zipped GarageBand file, from the looks of the link. We need an MP3. I suggest doing the 1-minute test before proceeding with this, so that you can be sure your tech settings, file type, etc are all correct.
