Gang,

I'd like to suggest a play.

For 200 years, people used this version of Shakespeare's "The Tempest" rather than the one we are familiar with now. It came out just after the Restoration, so it's only about 30% Shakespeare. This version cuts down on all that usurping, and female actors were permitted, so there are more female roles. So, imagine a sort of rom-com, or sex farce...

Interesting! Did you post this also in Play Suggestions? It's in the Dramatic Readings forum, stickied at the top. Someone looking for a new play to launch would be more likely to check there than here. It sounds like a good one, and would be a great addition.

EDIT: I see you did. Hopefully someone will pick it up. Not me, not right now. I've got my hands full. :)
