Year of first publication: 1531
Translator: Ninian Hill Thomson (†1921)
License: CC BY-SA 3.0
We've run into that sticky wicket: If a work itself is out of copyright, what do we do with transcriptions of the works that put restrictions on them? This is shared with a "attribution share-alike" CC license. We don't "share-alike".
This one has "Ten Discourses on Livy". It doesn't have the year the translator died, so I cannot tell if it's PD for Life+ countries. It was published around 1941, but if it's on HathiTrust with a full view, it's PD in the USA: https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/001139940?type%5B%5D=title&lookfor%5B%5D=on%20livy&ft=ft
This one is stated as being published in 1900, but there's no year printed in the work itself. Discourses starts around page 103: https://archive.org/details/princediscourses00mach_0
If it were me, I'd go with the HathiTrust one, although it's a bit of a pain to work with. Someone with academic access can download the entire thing; otherwise, it must be recorded while viewing the website.
School fiction: David Blaize
America Exploration: The First Four Voyages of Amerigo Vespucci
Serial novel: The Wandering Jew

How does the Archive one work for you? You can download that one.
Or the HathiTrust one, we may be able to find someone who can download it.

The archive is much easier to use. Can we use that one?

As an MC, I'd accept the Archive one. Others might be a little more squeamish that it has no printed publication date. But since it was uploaded by a library (not an individual), I trust it more than I normally would.
I see you've got your 1-minute test under your belt. I HIGHLY recommend doing a section or two in group projects, to get the feel for recording and editing. This will not only give you experience as to how much work it'd take to record a whole project yourself, but also will give you a chance to understand more how the Magic Window works (as a soloist, you're in charge of updating the Magic Window), and to maybe work out any final kinks in your recording quality so that you'll be happy with the quality of your solo when it's done.

I may be missing something here, but there is a Gutenberg text here:
http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/10827
Is this not a PD text of Macciavelli's Discourses?
Well done on getting in there and volunteering for this. It is an excellent book (especially for us fans of macciavelli). This book is close to the top of my to-do list! About 138k words.

Looks like it. Good find! (We probably searched for "Livy" rather than "Titus Livius".)
