Originally a pamphlet addressed to Oliver Cromwell, The Law of Freedom has since become an insight into early socialist/christian-socialist thought. The text includes critiques of late feudal/early bourgeois society and Winstanley's outline for a perfect society. This book is often overlooked in favor of Winstanley's previous work "The True Levelers' Standard Advanced" (1649), which is significantly shorter.
Length: ~110 pages with both introductions.
