this is a tale of adventure set in 1700's virginia. orlando chester is a hunter and a brave and noble young man, saving damsels in distress (the planatation owners daughter from indians), and fighting for what is right. however, as you can imagine, virginia was a much more dangerous place to live in back then than it might be now, and there are plenty of adventures to be had for such a man. particularly those connected to the dark plot concerning a chest that has been with orlandos mother for the longest time until a stranger comes and asks about it.
