Rainier of the last frontier

rainier is sort of looking for something new to do when he suddenly sees a familiar ship in the harbour. the hyson, an old transport ship he knows from older adventures. it is bound for manila, scheduled to sail that very night. rainier has grand connections and is certain that he can fix himself permission to board that ship, but by an accident his telegram is not delivered in time, and such permission is not forthcoming in time. so the only way left open to rainier is to just board secretly. adventures ahead
