A series of lectures Q-C gave at the University of Cambridge in 1913-14; book published in 1916. Not on PG but reprinted by Dover in 2006. Would this be eligible?

...and are there any other of Dorothy Sayer's books in the PD? I see "Whose Body?" is recorded but no others.

You wouldn't be able to use the 2006 reprint - uless you were absolutley certain absolutely nothing different had been done which would give them a claim to copyright.
And yes - that is the only Dorothy Sayers that is PD in the United States and can be used for Librivox

I am 99% sure it's ok. We use the sorce for poems.
